Japan’s watchdog, the Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA) has informed earlier on Monday about another online trading companies that, which lack the needed authorization to contact and communicate with clients in Japan and they de so.

Last companies added to the FSA’s blacklist are one Fx brokers and two binary options brokers”

  1. Max Trading (Commercial) Limited – a Forex broker with its official address at: 25 Mason Complex, Stoney Ground, P.O. Box 193 Stoney Ground The Valley, British Anguilla.
  2. DynamicTrade this is a brand of the above-mentioned Max Trading – a forex broker, which also owns a website in Japanese.
    3. STDF Services LTD or OPTIONS XO – a binary options broker. It has an official address at: Invision House, HITCHIN, Herfordshire, SG4 0TW, England. It does have a Japanese website as well.
    4. ssbinary Administration Office – a binary options broker lacking an information about its official address. But it owns a Japanese website.

Every one of these brokers is active in offering his services on forex, derivates, binary options trading to Japanese investors, what can be proven by their websites in Japanese language and already active communication with some Japanese clients. They all need an authorization for such activities, which they lack, so the FSA was eligible to add the to its Warning List (official blacklist).

Moreover, the Canadian watchdog warned against unauthorized activity in Canada as well. The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has added couple of companies to its Warning List on Sunday. Here are the new ones:

  1. LBinary – a binary options broker with an official website at www.lbinary.com and its offical address at 38 Karaiskaki Street, Kanika Alexander Center, Block 1, 1st floor, Office 113B, Limassol 3032, Cyprus (for the Depix Holdings Limited, which is the operator of LBinary)
  2.  Sumo Forex Limited, a forex broker, operating from www.sumoforex.com.  The company’s offices were listed by the OSC as 28 Queen Street, 4th Floor, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.
