Following the Apple iWatch introduction in Switzerland later this month, Swiss bank and forex broker Swissquote Group Holding, SA took advantage of it and informed about a launch of its application for iWatch.

Through this app, all the traders who download it, will have access to the platform with major stocks or currency pairs on the forex market.

Moreover, traders will get latest news from the financial world and could make their summary of financial stocks, which they favour even with historical data.

This comes right after the Cupertino-based company informed on June 4 that 7 more countries – Italy, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland and Taiwan, will see the Apple iWatch in their Apple stores and authorized resellers since June 26.

Apple Watch is aready available in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the UK and the US.

Nevertheless, Swissquote is not the only company interested in taking the advantage of this new gadget. IG Group (forex and CFD brokerage house) and Rakuten Securities (stock market focused broker) have also joined the club of Apple Watch fans with their apps being prepared for the iWatch.

We will monitor the situation and watch closely how the iWatch is going to be popular among traders or investors.
